You pay $9.95 per month, and once a year we’ll call to conduct a service call provided by one of our certified service technicians, inspecting some 100 fixtures and systems to ensure efficient and safe operation of your plumbing and heating. And then, in 30 months, we give you back all the money you paid as a credit toward any product or service we provide. Yes, that means you can buy a new kitchen tap, and have us install it, at a value up to $298.50, for free. Honestly, who offers this kind of deal? No one else we know.
- Here’s just a sampling of some of the inspections we make annually for all Diamond Club members:
- All exposed piping under your bathroom and kitchen sinks are checked for signs of current or potential water damage.
All your drains are checked above and below sinks for leaks and clogs - All your faucets are tested, and must pass Ace Plumbing’s rigid performance test. If they don’t, we make the necessary adjustments, for free.
- All of your toilets are tested for leaks and smooth operation. And if they need any tweaking, we do that for free.
- Your washing machine hoses and valves are checked and tested for maximum efficient operation.
Your water heater tank is inspected for safety, leaks, and signs of corrosion, including checking your sacrificial anode rod, (see our blog post about that). Water heaters are often a major cause of water damage, and knowing this critical piece of plumbing equipment is being kept in top shape is, we think, all by itself, worth the Diamond Club membership.
