When you need service, you get priority appointment scheduling. If you need an appointment right away, we’ll adjust our schedule to accommodate you, and if you’re in an emergency, as a Diamond Club member, you’ll never wait more than two hours for our team of experts to arrive at your home.
If you move within our service area, you can transfer your membership to your new home ... or, you can transfer the membership to the new owners.
For the life of your membership, you’ll receive a 15 per cent discount on any heating or plumbing repairs, and you’ll be provided the opportunity to take advantage of any unadvertised specials we offer. And, as a Diamond Club member, you get a full two year guarantee on everything we repair or replace. We think that’s pretty special.
