I've been calling Ace Plumbing for years esp. when they replaced hot water tank in 2018. Today, I was very happy with Brandon, the plumber's work on a toilet & kitchen faucet replacements!! He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Offered & explained the repair and replacement options. Plus, he checked and serviced my hot water tank free with service membership. Thanks again Brandon!!????
Brain was very personable and knowledgeable! Go phone number off their truck that was in neighbourhood! Upon phone office Brain finished his other job and was here in a couple of hours! I was impressed by this, thinking it would be possibly next week! Would use again if needed or refer them to my friends.
From the initial phone call through to service completion, Ace Plumbing proved to be reliable and professional. Brandon was polite and efficient and he left the spaces he worked in clean. Definitely call Ace again if needed.
