very good service from the customer service desk to the technician who just completed the annual house service inspections. We have been very satisfied with Ace Plumbing over the past number of years. Even when there is an issue, it is easily discussed and resolved.
Brandon came and checked the three toilets and needed to reattach the plastic cord on one of the toilets. He was excellent, very courteous, and extremely professional. He answered questions that we had for him in an excellent manner. We are very pleased with his professionalism and expertise.
