I called ACE plumbing to get our water softener replaced. Being new to the city, I should have shopped around for better pricing. I am unsure what is the standard rate to get the water softener replaced but we paid approx. $2700. Gordon was very professional but was able to finish the job in 2-3 hours. I will definitely use their services again but this time I will shop around first.

He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Offered & explained the repair and replacement options. Plus, he checked and serviced my hot water tank free with service membership. Brain was very personable and knowledgeable! Go phone number off their truck that was in neighbourhood! Upon phone office Brain finished his other job and was here in a couple of hours!
