Ryan was very prompt and courteous. He explained everything completely, as well as giving me some options. Would definitely recommend this company.
Morgan arrived on time and well prepared. I wanted the softness of my water tested and when he discovered that his test strips were outdated by a year, he immediately went and bought a new test kit and returned. The answer was as expected (hard water, despite a new water softener)and he arranged a follow up visit to address the situation. He went above and beyond in the effort to provide a good service experience to a customer who was unhappy. Ace Plumbing really does make the effort to make their customers happy.
