We started smelling natural gas which wound up with the fire department and ATCO coming and shutting the natural gas off at the meter. Brian from Ace Plumbing arrived first thing the next morning and found the source of the leak (which was a broken pipe) and completed a fix to allow the gas to be turned back on and heating in the house to resume. This rapid response and excellent professional service allowed us to continue our plans for Christmas and to remain in the house. Thanks to Brian and the team at Ace Plumbing! We have used Ace Plumbing over the last 15 years and would highly recommend them for any plumbing and heating needs.
Extremely good service. I had a really big emergency. The technician, David, responded back immediately. He came to my house on Sunday night and resolved all the issues. I would highly recommend David, and because of his high quality of service, Ace Plumbing to any one.

Ace Plumbing and Heating personnel did a great job removing our old tankless water heaters and installing a normal water heater. I would have no problems using Ace again.
THE MOST AMAZING SERVICE EVER! I had an emergency clog and overflow in the kitchen. ACE sent someone out asap who resolved the issue but when he left another one popped up, I ran before he drove away and he came back! The issue was resolved. The next day I had a question about what may have occurred and another tech was sent out! I decided well if he is here I will ask a few other things and sure enough I had more issues and all of them were addressed. Literally so knowledgable, SO professional and I will keep them in my rolodex and ALWAYS recommend them to everyone I know. I was THAT impressed from Beth on the call line to the Manny, Brian and Gordan! Thank you for making all my worries go away.

Our 20 plus year old boiler was obsolete and getting costly to maintain so after doing some homework we decided on Ace Plumbing and we are so relieved we did..they were informative..polite..prompt and now im not worried about a possibility of the old boiler failing during a polar vortex this winter..deal with confidence..great team..
