My hot water tank suddenly stopped working due to strong winds. Thanks goodness, I had a 10 year warranty!! I was not expecting much, as the service would be covered by my warranty. Sean took the time to explain to me what had happened and showed me what I should do next time it happens again. He was very friendly and I was very pleased with the service provided today.
