I appreciated the speed, professionalism and knowledge that they brought.
I had been hearing a trickle of water in my walls all morning, figuring it was a toilet in my main level, I shut the feed to that off, however still heard it, so upon shutting the main feed off it stopped. Once back in though you could hear like a waterfall of water in the venting system.
So at 430 in the afternoon my thinking was thst thus could be bad since it was rushing water in a vent, and I quickly called plumbers in order as they appeared on google. At least 4 said they couldn't look until later in the week, not acknowledging the fact that I felt this could be a bad situation. Upon speaking to Beth at Ace, she listened immediately mentioned that Yes it would be after hours but Thry could help abd kept me in constant contact of when someone would be by.
As I expected, a professional plumber would be able to solve this without having to tear up the ceiling. Jack came in, asked good questions and after listening to the sound pointed out that it didn't sound like water in a duct but instead water in ABS plumbing… likely a leaky toilet. Sure enough it was a 2nd floor toilet. He came back the next afternoon and redid the tank and it flushes better than before AND not one but 2 dripping water sounds we have heard on and off are gone!
I appreciate greatly the advice, knowledge and most of all, the fact that my great concern was heard and taken seriously. (even if in the evd it wasnt as bad as it sounded)

I had a great experience with Ace Plumbing, I would definitely recommend. When I called, the male that answered was polite and was able to get me same day service. The service technician Eric was amazing!!! He assessed the problem I had, explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate of the work before starting anything. Eric noticed another problem that would need to be fixed down the road, explained what needed to be done and provided me with a quote. Eric was pleasant and humorous.
On our recent water heater and furnace repair, the service technicians diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I would recommend Ace Plumbing and Heating.

We started smelling natural gas which wound up with the fire department and ATCO coming and shutting the natural gas off at the meter. Brian from Ace Plumbing arrived first thing the next morning and found the source of the leak (which was a broken pipe) and completed a fix to allow the gas to be turned back on and heating in the house to resume. This rapid response and excellent professional service allowed us to continue our plans for Christmas and to remain in the house. Thanks to Brian and the team at Ace Plumbing! We have used Ace Plumbing over the last 15 years and would highly recommend them for any plumbing and heating needs.
Extremely good service. I had a really big emergency. The technician, David, responded back immediately. He came to my house on Sunday night and resolved all the issues. I would highly recommend David, and because of his high quality of service, Ace Plumbing to any one.
