First time I ever had to deal with a major home appliance failure such as this, and Ace made it so easy to cope / manage. Woke up to no hot water, so I immediately contacted several servicers by email or online form submission. Beth from the office called me first, and within a very short period of time, following my request. There had been a cancellation for their first appointment of the day, so Beth had a Service Tech (Brandon) out to my home by around 9:30 am, same day. Brandon assessed my hot water tank, tried to light the pilot, but was unable. He provided me with a repair option (not guaranteed to be a long term solution) as well as a few whole-tank replacement options. Don't get me wrong... businesses are in business to make money, but I didn't feel this was a cash grab.... my hot water tank was over 22 years old and so I wasn't surprised with Brandon's recommendation to replace the whole thing. Could I have sent Ace away while I asked for quotes from other companies? Sure, but would the savings have been super-significant? I don't really know for sure, however, Brandon was there, he has a truck full of tanks, and Ace made it easy to trust them. Also, Ace was willing to work with me even though I am the tenant and my landlord lives overseas with a large time difference. They were willing to trust I was telling the truth that I can make the decision to repair, and they proceeded with the work while was contacting my landlord overseas to make eTransfer payment arrangements. I'm sure glad he answered!! But I digress. THANK YOU, ACE: BRANDON, JD, AND BETH!!

We have been long time customers of Ace Plumbing. They have been a trusted team, very knowledgeable and take extra care during the install. We recently replaced our HVAC system with a heat pump and furnace unit combo and we had a great experience right from the start. Mark took the time to assess our needs, answered all our questions and provided us with a very detailed estimate. Brian and Andrii installed the system and made sure we were informed of the progress during the 2 day install and cleaned up after. Behind this team of installers is the admin, Beth. She communicated with us via phone or text to coordinate our appointments. Ace Plumbing has been our trusted plumbing and heating company for the past 10 years.

Brandon was very knowledgeable and able to explain all aspects that his work would entail. His arrival time was sent every day 30 minutes in advance. He took great pride in his work
His assistant was also polite and very professional. We wouldn't hesitate to provide the company name or the service techs names to family and friends. In fact our neighbor contacted the team at our house while they were finishing up and was very impressed with the workmanship and is planning to have his house done in the fall. Job well done!

Jack and his team are amazing they built a whole hydronic baseboard heating system for my legal secondary suite i am building and installed a new combi Boiler, they also repiped the whole house to separate the suites water shut offs and also setting it up for a future water softner. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have been nothing but the best to work with and i am glad i chose them for the work. (I will update with some pictures)
