We had Ace come in to deal with some concerning issues we were experiencing with our hot water tank. Beth in the main office went above and beyond to fit us in on short notice which was much appreciated. Ace assigned Nat as the plumber to deal with our issues. Nat was extremely knowledgeable and professional and he very capably solved our issues, which was a huge relief. We'll use Ace again with our future plumbing and furnace needs without a doubt!
My parents had furnace issues this winter, they called ace plumbing and heating, my parents let me know how they sent a young technician out. They were really impressed with the bill and service. They said his name was Logan. My parents are not good with technology, so they requested I left a review for them .
Brandon - the tech that was sent out - was fantastic. Polite, professional and very thorough. He certainly gave us confidence in Ace Plumbing and Heating!!!!!
Here's a shout out to Braydon and Gordon for an excellent job replacing our hot water heater! Originally we thought we should go with a smaller tank but after reviewing our situation Braydon suggested we go another route. He quickly got a new quote, ordered a different tank and got the job done with Gordon's help. We're very pleased to have gone with the upgrade. Both Braydon and Gordon were professional and great to have in our home. Thank you very much to everyone at the ACE team, including Beth who first took our telephone call. We had our furnace, water heater, laundry rough in and bathrrom rough in done by Ace.
The work was done professionally, and timely manner. They were patient with the questions we had and walked us through what needed to be done and why. Wonderfully transparent and worked with our challenging 1950's home layout.
We did have a minor hick-up. They had forgotten to schedule an inspection for the bathroom rough in (and only the bathroom), but when this was brought to their attention, it was swiftly remedied. No other problems either than that.
Would I recommend? If you want something done right, these are your guys.
