ACE clearly gets putting the customer first to ensure a positive and satisfying experience matters! We have been long time clients of ACE for general plumbing needs and turned to them for our proactive repiping of the entire house to replace Poly B. It was totally seamless without any speed bumps from Beth's coordination and scheduling to Brian's assessment, proposal and honest transparency on what to expect and what ACE will deliver, to Nat and Eric executing a complex job all done seamlessly. Nat and Eric were a pleasure to have around, are very knowledgeable, answered every question, told us what to expect each day, left the house clean every day with water on somewhere, graciously solved a few minor unrelated plumbing needs, and most of the time were simply invisible. We highly recommend ACE for any major or minor plumbing needs.
Brandon came in to take care of a cracked line running to our hot water tank. He did a great job of explaining the issue, quickly repairing it, and going above and beyond to check on our furnace and humidifier and recommend maintenance for them.
Nat Burnside, technician completed plumbing repairs in our kitchen yesterday and the service was excellent. His upbeat and caring personality was a bonus to his great and timely work. He walked thru and explained how he was going to repair the job and why. Should also mention the customer service desk is always personable and caring ensuring we are aware of when the technician will arrive. This is another reason we have been a customer with Ace for over 10 years. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

We have used ACE Plumbing for a few jobs now. We initially had an emergency old water tank break down a few years ago - started to release a ton of water in our basement and absolutely had to be replaced over a long weekend; after numerous calls to various company's ACE was the only company that had reasonable price so we decided to go with them. Are we ever glad we did, the technician (*******) and support workers who came were excellent. They were very personable and provided a bunch of options for us to make the best decision for us. They clean the area they work in immaculately and took all old materials away. Our next experience was due to having issues with an old furnace, and the tech they sent out was again very personable, extremely knowledgeable and provided a bunch of options (that time we got it fixed to last for the short term to get us through Winter). We asked for a quote to replace our 2 furnaces and add an air conditioner unit in the spring (now); again they provided numerous options and were able to work within our condo coperation's by-laws and were creative in coming up with solutions to our needs.It was easy to schedule a time for the entire work to be completed (**** admin person at main office - is an amazing organizer) - removed 2 furnaces, installed 2 new furnaces, installed new air condition unit, take away all old parts and adjusted everything to be up to new code. In all, there was a team of 6 or 7 throughout the week who were working on the project. Every one of them were respectful to the home, the community and us. They were very friendly, personable and professional.Special thanks to ******* (our emergency water heater tech); *** and ***** (current project) - you guys are very good at what you do and in the end we are kind of sad that you wont be around anymore.We would 100% recommend ACE plumbing to anyone who needs such services.
