Really pleased with the company. Had Brian the first time, really great. Was going to ask for him again but forgot, so they sent Nat. He was also really great. Also had Brandon the next couple times. So 3/3 on good plumbers with Ace. All have been really pleasant and took the time to explain everything.
Eric and David did an excellent job changing out my old toilets for brand new toto toilets. The technians were on time, professional & very courteous. I was very impressed with Ace Plumbing and I will use them again.

I have been a VERY satisfied ACE customer for MANY years! *** is always prompt, courteous, professional ,skilled and quick to solve any respond to any problem. Services I have had performed include: supplying and installing a new furnace, new water heater, new shower and toilets while relocating the main drain ( in the concrete basement floor) and **** himself finished tiling the shower surround! As well there have been new facets. new laundry water hoses, and unclogging drains ... so ALL my plumbing needs. Recently, when I inquired if they had a small appliance repairman who could solve a laundry room problem with a recently purchased drier, while they did not include that service, THEY arranged a recommended (and awesome) electrician to help me solve that concern too! Certainly service above and beyond. I recommended ACE to my married daughter when she needed a new furnace and she has been a satisfied customer for several years now too!
Eric our technician was prompt, codial and got the job done despite a current shortage of labour. Job well done
Eric came yesterday and did some service work on the main toilet. he installed a new float, water line, etc. He was excellent, very professional, very courteous, and answered all of my questions. Also, he arrived on time. Overall, an excellent service experience..
We recently had a water leak from our polyB water pipes. Once again Nat from Ace plumbing answered the call from us and temporarily repaired the line that was leaking. We decided to replace the entire house water piping due to the age of the polyB and the recommendation from Nat. They where able to start within two weeks after our original leak and took two complete days to get it done. They were able to replace all the lines while minimizing the number of holes in the walls.
It was great to have Nat and Dave back again to our house to work on it.

They worked very professionally. No surprises. They gave options and did the job quickly. On the other hand, HD... and SP... said they could not have the job do ne what was very disappointed after 2 days without hot water!
