Our furnace journey started with a broken furnace in -30 weather, several visits from other furnace companies, and a visit from Brian who diagnosed our problem and provided a couple of solutions. We tried a few self repairs after his visit and once we decided that a new furnace was the best fix, we got several quotes: 1 from a well known big company, 2 from local neighbourhood companies, and Ace.
We went with Ace on four major factors: Brian's honest and straightforward attitude, Beth's (she's the lovely lady you talk to when you call) willingness to provide any information we needed, the company's availability of a Canadian manufactured furnace with parts available in Canada, and a recommendation from our neighbour.
The team at Ace has been exceptional; answering any questions we've had (even after installation and payment) and sending someone over when we heard a weird noise. They've made sure everything is working as it should and everyone we've dealt with has been friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs (we're planning to have them out in the spring to look at our A/C even though they didn't install it).

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and Nat from Ace did a great job. He was very professional and quick. We have used Ace for our water heater in the past and are very happy with their services. Beth was very helpful in coordinating and attentive to details. Highly recommend this company.
My furnace broke down 3 issues needed to be repaired. I called and they were here within 30 minutes. Brian the technician explained everything to me, very well. Gave me options for pricing. Excellent customer service with and very funny. We had some good laughs. Thank you so much.
I had a pipe burst this morning in the wall from my kitchen sink, and the response time was fast. Brandon showed up within hours and was courteous, professional, and very skilled at his job.

Amazing service today from Ace Plumbing. From my initial contact with Beth to the consistent reminders and clear contact about when to expect my technician, it was all amazing. They called to say he was running ahead of schedule and could come early which was great. Brian, our technician, was knowledgeable and friendly and honest. He worked thoroughly to get the work done and figure out what we needed. He solved the mystery of our issues and saved us from making a costly change. He suggested future work but didn't pressure me to make a decision. He sent all of the details to my email for me to study and review which was very helpful. I will DEFINITELY use Ace Plumbing again in the future.

The Ace Plumbing and Heating team - the true meaning of service!!! We were just looking for someone we can trust and Brian Olsen didn't disappoint. Scheduling through Beth in the office was also simple and they kept us informed throughout the process. Highly recommend Ace!
