WE HAD NO HOT WATER FRIDAY SEP 29. I CALLED SEVERAL PLUMBERS BUT EVERYONE WAS VERY BUSY TO HELP. OUT OF ALL THE CALLS I MADE ONE PLUMBING COMPETITION GAVE ME THE ***** NUMBER FOR ACE PLUMBING AND HEATING.I CALLED ACE. **** WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND EQUALLY POSITIVE IN HER DESIRE TO HELP. HELP SHE CERTAINLY SENT - IN THE FORM OF *****.***** CALLED ME HALF HOUR LATER AND TOLD ME HE WOULD BE AT OUT HOUSE AROUND 11AM. HE ARRIVED ON TIME. ***** IS A VERY POSITIVE INDIVIDUAL, WITH A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR, AND A DISTINCT PERSONALITY. HE GOT STARTED RIGHT AWAY AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I became a customer of Ace when I bought a house 6 years ago in December, and of course after we moved in, the furnace died.. (Ace has been my go to ever since.) My mom has been a regular customer for a long time and was very happy with their work, and when my furnace died 6 years ago in freezing winter, she suggested I use their services.i have been a satisfied customer for the past 6 years. Called Thursday afternoon for a slow draining tub was able to get an appointment for Friday morning. Awesome. Plumber showed up early and was done in no time, explained all my options before he did any work once finished recommended products to help prevent drainage problems. I am extremely happy with the service l, being able to get such a quick appointment and for the work to be done in such a quick fashion is absolutely amazing thank you very much Brandon.
