Emergency burst bathroom faucet line repair. Sam who responded to our plumbing emergency kept us in the loops from the time he made contact with us. Got here exactly on time and made us feel at ease through the whole ordeal. Got us up and running again in about 20 mins. He explained exactly what he would be doing to repair the leak and priced everything out for us so there was no surprises. Worth every penny! Thanks Sam! Will definitely call on you guys again! Hopefully not too soon! Lol

Sam was very friendly and professional. We called regarding a leak and he was there within 30 mins of our call.
He was very dedicated to solving our issue despite the fact that it took him all afternoon until past 8pm and the fact that the pipes were the worst that he had encountered in his entire career.

Ace Plumbing responded quickly and repaired my faulty hot water tank the same day! *** sent me the name and a pic of the technician being sent to troubleshoot and repair my tank - I greatly appreciated this. The job was done expertly, quickly and all cleanup was done so that you would never know the tech was there. Great work Ace!

The team at Ace replaced our hot water tank and most recently replaced our garden hose-bib and I am amazed at the level of care and ownership they employ towards every job. It is very easy to forget the customer service aspect of any business but not ACE, Eddie, Nat and Beth were outstanding! Nat & Eddie even went the distance to explain maximizing the longevity of our tank and tap. Overall just amazing service!

The technicians are super friendly and go the extra mile to ensure the work is done right and that we always know what they did and why. We have recently gone from Silver members of their Club Royal Maintenance Program to Gold members. You can pay the premiums monthly. The benefits are sure worth it.
