Ace Plumbing serves both my retail business and my home, and I'm so happy to have found this EXCELLENT company! I have had 2 hot water tanks replaced, a surge protector installed, taps and leak issues addressed, and each time I have been thoroughly impressed by the quality of work, expertise, professionalism and friendliness of the plumbers and even their receptionist, Beth, who makes a point of knowing and remembering their clients.
They even advise how to avoid future issues, fixed an improperly installed exhaust by a previous plumber as a courtesy, and I simply cannot say enough about this company and their outstanding crew! Look no further for the very best plumbing company!
June 6/2023, Brandon called before arrival, arrived on time. He replaced 2 outdoor faucets, one of which had to be moved to side of house, with a new shut off value installed. Brandon did an efficient job given the cramped work space involved.
We are very pleased with the work Brandon had done.
For a leaky shower that I couldn't fix myself, Brandon was able to fix everything there and also was very patient in showing me how the fix was done. He also spotted the maintenance I needed for the tankless water heater we have, as well as checking on the state of the rest of the house plumbing and furnace to identify other maintenance I'd been overlooking. He arrived on time and was thoroughly professional, and I would definitely call again for any issues for all these.
Even though the plumber started out going to the wrong address (Not his fault the address was given to him incorrectly)….Happy with the service, he came out as soon as he was able, polite, friendly and efficient…..If we had any questions, he explained everything clearly. He cleaned up afterwards and did a good job. Thanks for your service.
Brandon called to let us know he was running late at his previous job and would be an hour from our scheduled appointment. He called to say he was on his way
which we found very professional and courteous. He was also very thorough and informative and was able to replace our kitchen faucet and water shut off valves which needed to be replaced. Very pleased with todays service!
A polite young man from Ace Plumbing arrived at our home on schedule and repaired our plumbing quickly and efficiently offering us a special senior discount! I recorded Ace into my records. They will be my first choice call in the future! Receptionist Beth Is a kind treasure.
Brandon came by to help replace a tap. Called before arriving. Once he got there I wasn't home so he took pictures and emailed me then walked me through all the options. Did a great job and cleaned up everything before he left. Great job thanks Brandon & Ace
