I would like to thank Brian with Ace Plumbing for coming out today to fix the drainage problem in our kitchen sink. He was very professional, extremely helpful and calmly explained to me what had caused the problem and how to avoid doing the same thing again in the future. All with a smile! Thank you for the recent replacement of all my toilet tank mechanisms. The problem was completely and efficiently solved by Brandon, who also recommended replacing toilet tank parts that were in need of replacement in the near future, due to all the parts wearing out at the same time ( 16 year old toilet and tank).
I am grateful that the plumbing truck has all the parts needed for a repair or replacement on the spot. No waiting for parts to arrive! Definitely a plus.
