I called Ace plumbing based on a referral from a co-worker. The lady that answered the phone and was very pleasant, understanding and very helpful. She called back to let me know a technician could get to me, and asked if it was still ok with my work schedule.
Geof was right here very shortly afterwards. He was very polite, friendly and professional. I explained what had been happening and his thoughts were along the same lines as mine. He suggested doing a simple flush with household product and advised if it did not clear up within a couple of days, he would gladly come back out. His suggestion took care of the problem and we are now happy and smell free. Thank you Ace and Geof. I am for sure holding on tight to your card. I find its becoming very difficult to get a helpful service without upsell to expensive products of services. Thank you agian!!

When I called Ace plumbing Robyn answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. Robyn gave me a window of time they would come and fix a leaky valve under my sink. Geoffrey was right on time very professional friendly and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the service we got. Thanks Geoffrey and Robyn.
