We had a faulty water heater that Ace installed a few years ago. Came home to it leaking in the basement, I phoned Ace and they quickly dispatched a team who came in, looked at the problem and fixed it. Since the water heater was still under Ace's warranty they took out the faulty water heater and replaced it with a brand new one. Staff was great to deal with from the phone staff to the guys who came and did the work, plus cleaned up. One of the techs even came back to make sure all was working well and there were no problems! Really great service all around.
Bernie was efficient and straight forward. Chelsea was attentive and kind.
Geoff was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and fast and helpful in getting what we needed done.
I would recommend him and the company to others.

Brian and Geoff were just great! They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. All of the work done was under warranty, which meant that an otherwise expensive job cost us nothing. Wow! I will continue to recommend Ace Plumbing to my friends and colleagues.
