Eric's after-hours service was excellent. He was in and out within an hour, and fixed the problem. He was friendly, helpful, and left no trace of him having been through my house. I would definitely call Ace/Eric again.

We came back from a 3-week vacation to a freezing house. We didn't know that the furnace had stopped working while we were away. Called a different company who said they can only come see us the next morning. Called Ace Plumbing and they were able to send someone right away. The tech, Nat, was able to temporarily fix it for the night, and came back the next morning with the necessary parts to get it back up and running properly. He even left us a few space heaters to make sure we were warm for the night in case the temporary fix failed. He was very courteous and proposed different options that didn't "break the bank."
We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Ace Plumbing to anyone.

I called ACE PLUMBING six months after they installed a hot water tank because there was, what appeared to be, a small leak at one of the soldered joints. To my surprise and delight a technician, Eric, was dispatched and arrived within 30-40 minutes.
Eric was very professional and personal in his manner. He explained that it might be a leak or that it could be just condensation build up and that I could decide on what to do. He offered to drain the tank (a 2 hour process) and repair the leak at no charge to which I agreed. The repair was scheduled 2 days from that initial call. Eric again in his professional manner was extremely thorough in his work. He drained the tank and instead of just re-soldering that joint built a whole new section of copper piping to make sure that there would not be another potential leak. In all he spent about 3.5 hours on the job at no charge.
I would highly recommend ACE Plumbing and Heating to anyone considering replacing an existing hot water tank or furnace. Thanks ACE for the great service and standing by your work.

Ace has done many good jobs for us. Hot water tanks (2 times in 25 years) new furnace last year and just recently fixed the faucets on our bar. Could have replaced them but found a way to fix them for way less than replacement. Big snow storm when the plumber came. He asked for my snow shovel and proceeded to clean not only to his truck but the whole front walks! Couldn't be happier with the work and the attitude!!
Ace was able to get a plumber out within a few hours of me calling in when the other 4 companies I had contacted were estimating for Saturday (it was a Thursday) to fix my leaky water heater. Brandon was actually able to get to me sooner than anticipated, let me know what all of my options were, and got the leaking pipe fixed in under an hour! Will definitely be calling them again when we are able to replace the heater. Thank you guys so much for your help!
Eric, our technician was PHENOMENAL! He was very personable, and informed us of many things regarding our plumbing, he even explained in detail the work he was going to do! Highly Recommend Ace Plumbing!!!!!!
