We had been experiencing water heater issues so I called Ace as they had provided the original heater. The rep (Derek) was very professional offering us all the options. He kept our area clean and once we decided on our fix he had us up and running very soon. When we bought the original heater it had a 10 year warranty and even after more than 9 years Ace honoured this replacing the heater including installation at no cost. I will continue to use Ace and would certainly recommend them to anyone.
Bernie did a great job replacing my shower head. On time, friendly and efficient. Also had our furnace and water heater replaced a month ago by Geoff and Hanz with some additional help from Brian. Again were right on time and were pleasant to deal with. Ditto for ladies in the office.
We recently had a new furnace installed in our garage/ hobby area, because of the placement spot the technicians ran into some difficulties but they were able to resolve the issues & we are pleased with our new furnace, thanks to Derek, Jack, & Franz

Brian is one of the best I have ever had out to the house he has been our guy for 3 years running and everything he does is top quality.
We have used Ace Plumbing for over 15 years and would highly recommend them. Amanda was our phone contact this time and was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Ryan was our technician this time and he was really great. He went over everything and spent some time checking a couple of other things for me. We needed a new hot water tank and he took the time to make sure we knew what was available. He gave me several quotes and explained each one. They are the best we've ever used
Ace plumbing is all I ever use for my plumbing needs. The staff is fantastic! Recently, I have had Bernie and Derek at my home for service visits. I think it's a prerequisite to have a good sense of humour to get a job there. Any receptionist I have spoke with have been polite and professional. I should carry a stack of their business cards with me as I am always recommending them. Great service and quality work. They will always give a courtesy call before they come.

We have had Brian out to our place a couple of times now and he always does an excellent job, friendly, attentive and always leaves the area clean and tidy. Seriously 5/5 stellar service, couldn't recommend them enough.
