I got home from my 3 week vacation with no heat in the house and it was sitting at 2 degrees until Derek came to fix it. He was very careful and knowledgeable. He advised me a couple things and really explained to me what happened before proceeding to work. His work ethic is awesome so I'm gonna give him a 5 star ??

We had Ace Plumbing round to fix a furnace problem. We had to request the appointment to be expedited as furnace stopped giving any heat. Ace were very co-operative and luckily were able to fix the problem quickly. They explained everything, including how I can manage the furnace better in future. The tech was not as 'hard sell' on additional products and services as a couple of other plumbers I have used in the last couple of years. Overall I was very happy.
We are new customers with Ace Plumbing. Derek and the office task were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful in explaining our plumbing problems and the best solutions. The installation of new toilets was achieved rapidly, efficiently and leaving no mess. We would recommend Derek and his staff to anyone needing good quality plumbing work.
