Ryan was prompt and friendly, he assessed the problem right away. Pointed out what was the problem and the best way to fix it, quoted us a good & fair price to do the work. Finishing up by giving us some instruction on what has been done and anything that might pop up in the future, cleaned up and went on his way. He did a very good job we are very happy!! thank you.

Replaced a blower motor for me in the middle of the night on a weekend after ours siezed up. Was able to locate a specific part and complete the installation in under an hour. Ridiculously expensive, but that's to expected with these things. It was 8 degrees in my house at the time of the service and the tech was a super nice guy. Only shop in Calgary that was able to help out at 4am on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend if you're in a bind and need work done ASAP.
Brian was courteous, respectful and extremely informative. He answered all our questions and offered several options available to us. We have used Ace for years and they continue to provide the service we need and appreciate..

First off really impressed with the confirmation of the call, the updates on arrival of service, the introduction of the service tech before he arrives along with a bio and picture. Also being able to track were he is if that is something you need. Ryan was prompt, cheerful and very informative of service options for this job. He also offered a number of recommendations for the plumbing in our home if we wanted to makes some changes. Answered questions about other topics I game him, very informative and helpful. Also advised of service plans available that could give savings and preventative measures for the next two years. Did not feel any pressure to sign. Received the invoiced immediately by email along with quotes for a number of options. Very happy and a good experience. I had a 40 year old main water valve changed. Thanks Ryan

I had Daniel (via Chat option,) Chelsea (via phone,) and Bernie (in person lol.)
All three exhibited a great blend of friendliness and professionalism, making the whole service experience an enjoyable one!
A key point I should make is that the communication throughout was exceptional! Initial scheduling, reminders, emails, phone calls.... I was always in the loop!
And something that I especially appreciate, is that I learned something new (and interesting and important,) yet again, from Bernie!

Ace Plumbing and the team were great to work with. Office rep Amanda was great with co-ordinating the project (furnace replacement) . Field reps Ryan and Andrew were also great to work with. They were very courteous and respectful of my home. They did great work and delivered on time as promised. The new furnace is working great and looks good!! Andrew came to us in the middle of the night and quickly resolved what we feared would be a catastrophic situation with our drain. He put my mind at ease by evaluating everything and explaining what was going on, as well as talking about things to do in the future after resolving the issue.
This company has the best staff! Polite, sense of humor , and intelligent. I will be a loyal customer. Thank you again for the great service that was provided just like last time.
