The service tech Andrew did a terrific furnace tuneup maintenance and safety check on our furnace/CO2 unit(s) today. He arrived on time as scheduled and agreed on. He fully explained in layman terms his findings and recommendations/analysis results. The work was completed quickly. Appreciated his professionalism. He is a very good representative for Ace Plumbing - fully reviewed the services and options Ace could provide. We are very happy and satisfied customers and will definitely use Ace Plumbing and Heating again!!
We just had furnace issues on the weekend before Christmas. The Ace technician came over and diagnosed the problem. He wasn't able to get replacement parts right away but offered heaters if we needed them. Then he came over Christmas Eve and replaced the parts so we had heat for Christmas!
Derek was the best. Very efficient, polite and explains everything. Ace Plumbing is a great outfit.
