Morgan arrived on time and well prepared. I wanted the softness of my water tested and when he discovered that his test strips were outdated by a year, he immediately went and bought a new test kit and returned. The answer was as expected (hard water, despite a new water softener)and he arranged a follow up visit to address the situation. He went above and beyond in the effort to provide a good service experience to a customer who was unhappy. Ace Plumbing really does make the effort to make their customers happy.

Our hot water heater got blocked on a Sunday and emergency dispatch sent out Jeff, who was awesome! It's -30 here and it was the evening but he was pleasant and helpful. As usual, impressed with Ace's customer service, you get what you pay for.
