Andrew was great in replacing 2 bathroom faucets and 1 kitchen faucet today; he was great in his work, made sure all are working fine before he left; very professional and efficient. The cleaning after each area was very good as well. Thank you.

I got home from my 3 week vacation with no heat in the house and it was sitting at 2 degrees until Derek came to fix it. He was very careful and knowledgeable. He advised me a couple things and really explained to me what happened before proceeding to work. His work ethic is awesome so I'm gonna give him a 5 star ??

We had Ace Plumbing round to fix a furnace problem. We had to request the appointment to be expedited as furnace stopped giving any heat. Ace were very co-operative and luckily were able to fix the problem quickly. They explained everything, including how I can manage the furnace better in future. The tech was not as 'hard sell' on additional products and services as a couple of other plumbers I have used in the last couple of years. Overall I was very happy.
We are new customers with Ace Plumbing. Derek and the office task were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful in explaining our plumbing problems and the best solutions. The installation of new toilets was achieved rapidly, efficiently and leaving no mess. We would recommend Derek and his staff to anyone needing good quality plumbing work.
Wyatt was the fellow who ended up re- modifying my furnace and fixing a faulty switch. He showed up first thing in the morning and worked tirelessly till the afternoon, getting parts, etc..
He was friendly, efficient, even took time to pat my vey curiousdog. He brought space heaters to keep the house warm while he worked, and did a fantastic job.
I highly recommend him, and Ace Plumbing.
