I have a done a couple of reviews for Ace and am more than happy to do another one!
I had Daniel (via Chat option,) Chelsea (via phone,) and Bernie (in person lol.)
All three exhibited a great blend of friendliness and professionalism, making the whole service experience an enjoyable one!
A key point I should make is that the communication throughout was exceptional! Initial scheduling, reminders, emails, phone calls.... I was always in the loop!
And something that I especially appreciate, is that I learned something new (and interesting and important,) yet again, from Bernie!
So thanks, as always, to the whole Ace team!
Ace Plumbing and the team were great to work with. Office rep Amanda was great with co-ordinating the project (furnace replacement) . Field reps Ryan and Andrew were also great to work with. They were very courteous and respectful of my home. They did great work and delivered on time as promised. The new furnace is working great and looks good!! Thanks guys and would definitely use Ace Plumbing again. Arthur
Andrew came to us in the middle of the night and quickly resolved what we feared would be a catastrophic situation with our drain. He put my mind at ease by evaluating everything and explaining what was going on, as well as talking about things to do in the future after resolving the issue.
This company has the best staff! Polite, sense of humor , and intelligent. I will be a loyal customer. Thank you again for the great service that was provided just like last time.
Andrew and Brian did a great job - very professional and left the site clean. Pleasure to deal with!
We have had Brian out to our place a couple of times now and he always does an excellent job, friendly, attentive and always leaves the area clean and tidy. Seriously 5/5 stellar service, couldn't recommend them enough.
We had a faulty water heater that Ace installed a few years ago. Came home to it leaking in the basement, I phoned Ace and they quickly dispatched a team who came in, looked at the problem and fixed it. Since the water heater was still under Ace's warranty they took out the faulty water heater and replaced it with a brand new one. Staff was great to deal with from the phone staff to the guys who came and did the work, plus cleaned up. One of the techs even came back to make sure all was working well and there were no problems! Really great service all around.
Bernie was efficient and straight forward. Chelsea was attentive and kind.
Geoff was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and fast and helpful in getting what we needed done.
I would recommend him and the company to others.
We've had Bernie from Ace come to our home several times, always completing excellent work. He's patient, courteous, gives us all our options, and great to work with. Would highly recommend utilizing Ace Plumbing
