Our hot water heater got blocked on a Sunday and emergency dispatch sent out Jeff, who was awesome! It's -30 here and it was the evening but he was pleasant and helpful. As usual, impressed with Ace's customer service, you get what you pay for.
Derek did a great job of explaining the options, installing, and demonstrating the water heater he installed. I was very pleased with his professionalism

My experience with the technicians was amazing. They not only did an amazing job they were very compassionate with me as I had just received a call that my mom was failing more. Thank you to both technicians that were here.
