We have used Ace Plumbing for our plumbing needs for many years. Their customer service is second to none. The technicians are super friendly and go the extra mile to ensure the work is done right and that we always know what they did and why. We have recently gone from Silver members of their Club Royal Maintenance Program to Gold members. You can pay the premiums monthly. The benefits are sure worth it. The office staff is also top notch. We highly recommend Ace Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
Ace plumbing came out to correct deficiencies found by the city while in the process of legalizing a garage suite. Technician arrived on time, assessed what was required and provided a quote. He explained what he was needing to do. Once agreement was made. He got to work immediately. What might have been a 2 day job was completed professionally & efficiently. Plus price came in under the quoted value.
We had an emergency with a plugged sewer line. Brian Olsen from Ace was at our house in 30 mins from the phone call. This man deserves a RAISE! His service and expertise were fantastic. Not only did he fix the initial issue, he identified another problem which was compounding the first issue. Can't thank him enough. Would 100% recommend Brian the plumber with Ace. Great experience with this company. We felt like he actually cared. Thanks again guys.
First class really care about there customers and awsome service they are the best
Everyone at this company was awesome...from the agent on the phone to both technicians who came out. They were fair, honest, taught me a lot, utilized a vent drain on this hot water heater the builder and the second company didn't. Everyone was very easy to talk to and we all even had some good laughs. I would highly recommend Ace Plumbing for your needs!
On time, answered all my questions & explained everything in easy to understand language.
The only issue is that the parts are proprietary & need to be replaced by a company representative. You cannot replace the thermostat yourself.
