The experience overall was very good from phone operators to the technician Brian, who was very polite, competent and fast. The only concern was the price which seemed high for what was done- which was a pipe section replacement and the removal of a water filter.

Ace Plumbing installed new gas line piping as part of our home renovation. Excellent in every way - likeable people, efficient service, end result looks/works great. Honest, too: Because of a change in how the job was the permitted, the city refunded some of the fees and Ace immediately passed on this refund to me several days after job was complete.
Brian was very friendly and understanding. He provided advice and explained how better to install a valve to operate our outside tap. Professional, and quick.
Courteous and quick response in replacing my furnace. Refunded repairs on the old furnace when work revealed a new furnace would make more sense cost wise.
